I love discovering new foods all around the world, to taste what everyone around the globe does. I realized it’s one way I feel connected to the greater universe.
So, that brings me to one of my travel goals: to sample the local dishes from every region, and learn the history of local cuisines.
My partner, Jason, is no stranger to that RV life. He full-timed for nearly three years in various and sundry RVs. There’s a lot of glamour surrounding #RVlife, but the reality of it is, well… not quite as enchanting. Why are we making plans to hit the road?
